1st Special CAC Dog Exhibition of the MEOE Wire-haired Magyar Vizsla Section in Debrecen on 25. 07. 2009.

On the forenoon of the Debrecen night CAC show we spent our time together in cheer in a pleasant environment at the 1st Special Dog Exhibition.

We would like to say thanks for Mr. Sándor Szabó for his judging, and also for the help and the possibility that we could have the area of the NIght CAC Dog Show for our special show.

CAC Hunting Dog Exhibition in Kaposvár on 14. 06. 2009.

There were twenty three Wire-haired Hungarian Vizsla entries arriving to the Local Organization of MEOE in Kaposvár which broke a record. Unfortunately three dogs were absentee of these all, the rest twenty was judged by Donna Holma (GB) who used to be the president of the Vizsla Club in the United Kingdom for multiple years.

Breeding License Examination, Basic Hunting Test, Hunting Aptitude Test in Bükfürdő on 30. 05. 2009.

At the trials were held by Wire-haired Hungarian Vizsla Section of MEOE next to Wire-haired Hungarian Vizsla dogs Smooth-haired Hungarian Vizsla and German Vizsla dogs were also running. Because of the all day pouring rain the event was done in a very bad weather unfortunately, by afternoon the rain finally stopped and the water retrieving trial was held in full sunshine.

There was a fantastic result born at the CAC Exhibition in Szolnok!
Póspataki-Drótos Erős "Talpas" (Csővárberki Dömper - Fürdpházi Szuszi, B: Dr.Zsedényi István o: Kaszanitzky Zoltán) after having BOB also became BOG, 3rd place of Most Beautiful Hungarian Bred Dog and BIS then, so the most beautiful dog of the show!
We are very proud that this title could be won by a Wire-haired Hungarian Vizsla at a homeland show finally!

There were 38 vizsla (many of them wire-haired) dogs participating at the trials and tests organized by Hungarian Vizsla Klub. The location were the trials and tests were held was perfect, the weather was beautiful (maybe a little “too beautiful”), we have been friendly disposed, and also was dotted with good memorabilia. In the arrangement  of the Hungarian Pointer Club  an event was announced for English and Continental Pointers/Vizslas where two wire-haired vizsla were also participating. One of the finished the trial without any record, but the other one made a very nice result. We would like to congratulate to this result

Dear Enthusiasts of the Wire-haired Vizsla Breed!

 The General Meeting of the club was held on 20.12. 2008. The officers of the club were elected at the event with the following results:

Our next General Meeting of the club will be held on April 05, 2009 10 AM at the club room of the MEOE headquater.

The National Assembly of the Hungarian Republic with its decision number GY. 32/2004. (IV. 19.) amongst of the other Hungarian breeds declared the wire-haired vizsla breed as a national heritage. Our common interest is to respect this breed and not to allow the commercial breeding of it.
You should pay your membership fee at our club using national postal order, postal wire transfer, bank transfer to the bank account (HU66-10102086-09723300-05001002) of the club or at the headquater of MEOE noticing Drótszőrű Magyar Vizsla Szakosztály, 2009.
